Plan Manager can be one of the Corporate Owners or a Professional Manager hired to administrate the Corporate Ownership Plan. The Plan Manager: > Represents the “Owners” at Homeowner’s Association meetings.
> Represents the "Owners" when dealing with contractors for maintenance, etc.
> Manages the "Use Calendar"
> Sends out bills to owners and makes payments for property expenses.
"Agreement" > All duties are described in the “Plan Manager Agreement” which:
- Describes Compensation,
- Sets Standards of Performance,
- Defines Length of the Agreement,
- Describes Causes for Termination
Why have a "Plan Manager"? - Resort Managers typically won't work with "multiple owners".
- Resort Managers will work with "Plan Manager" who represents multiple owners.
- Many “Corporate Owners” hesitate to manage properties from a distance.
- "Plan Managers" should be local.
- Many "Corporate Owners" do not have the administrative system in place.
- The job typically requires a “Professional”.
